About the department You will be part of a dynamic team of highly dedicated and competent colleagues in Strategy & Process, within Device Research & Development in Hillerød. In Device R&D we create innovative injection systems, primarily for diabetes care. We build success by inspiring and driving one another to develop the best, most widely used injection systems in the world. The job You will have an important administrative and coordinating role. Part of your job will consist of providing rolling estimates on budgets and deliver monthly follow-up. You will handle department binders and documentation and you will arrange meetings and workshops within all department activities and across the SVP area and provide ongoing support to your colleagues on practical issues. In addition, you will secure the administration of the department’s intranet page and you will drive the on-boarding of new employees, arrange seminars and social activities and support secretariat activities within the different department groups. All in all, you can expect a highly independent position with a wide variety of tasks, giving you the opportunity to follow through on your own ideas and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications You have a background as office training in Novo Nordisk or hold a degree or comparable education at bachelor’s level giving you a commercial foundation. Relying on your flair for IT, you are able to learn new systems and tools at a reasonably fast pace. You possess a strong drive, and your colleagues know you as a highly structured, service minded and pro-active person. You have a good sense of quality and thrive on solving both routine and complex tasks. Moreover, you must have solid presentation skills as well as proficiency in both written and spoken English.
