You will join Automation Customer Services Operations at FLSmidth headquarters in Valby. We deliver services and provide technical support to customers in the EMENA regions. Detailed Description PLCs, SCADA, troubleshooting and customer service You will join a team of 11 skilled and dedicated colleagues that provide a full range of services from service management to hands-on technical assistance. As Control Systems Specialist your focus will primarily be within the following tasks · PLC system troubleshooting and programming on one or more of these platforms: Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider and ABB · Configuration and troubleshooting on FLSmidth Automation’s SCADA platform · Providing formal training to customers in use of FLSmidth Automation’s SCADA platform · Interaction with customers by email and phone · Travel to meet customers and partners – 3-10 day periods with a total of 50-60 travel days per year You can look forward to a job with very diverse tasks combining a good mix of office work and travels that are never so long that a good family life cannot be maintained. Job Requirements Solid PLC experience Your career has provided you with extensive experience within PLC engineering and programming on one or more of these platforms: Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider and ABB. Related to this you are able to troubleshoot and configure the FLSmidth Automation SCADA platform named ECS. To succeed, you must thrive on working independently on the tasks assigned and interact with customers by email and phone – to deliver high quality solutions within agreed deadlines and budgets. You service minded personality and commitment enables you to solve your customer’s problems even if this extends beyond normal working hours. In addition, your experience enables you to know when to seek assistance from colleagues. Working internationally you must be good at English, written and spoken.
