Corporate capacity costs controller, Business Finance, Copenhagen Business Finance is seeking a corporate capacity costs controller for planning and analysis. In the corporate capacity costs role you will work with Novozymes capacity costs on a consolidated level with special focus on the planning and forecast activities. In this respect you will also be contributing to the work around securing the financial qualification of our various portfolios of strategic projects. Also, you will work towards securing transparency in the performance development of our capacity costs by utilizing and improving existing tools to provide clarity in the cost developments underneath fluctuations arising from currency and organizational changes including M&A. The position gives you the possibility to extend your competencies within finance, enjoy a steep learning curve and develop a strong network within our organization. The position is within the area Corporate Partnering within Business Finance. The area handles target setting, financial and process planning as well as management reporting and performance management, linking corporate strategy, business strategy and financials across Novozymes. In this position you need to have: A master’s degree in business administration or economics Strong academic results and/or you have demonstrated solid results from an analytical function The ability to make a difference, establishing and maintaining relations and be curious about the business behind the numbers A desire for a fast-paced learning curve and be able to work independently in new areas A structured and analytical approach to challenges – you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly Are you the next Zymer in our team?
