As part of our environment group you will make sure that we act up to every single requirement and walk the talk in connection with on our triple bottom line – our way of doing business. About the department At Biopharm New Haemophilia site in Gentofte, Denmark we manufacture pharmaceutical products for treatment of haemophilia - for clinical studies as well as market. We make a success of working in small groups and cooperating closely across teams and departments. You will be part of the environmental group where we have united designated profiles from the production and support functions. Our scene is informal, and we value optimism, good spirits, a positive response and commitment. The job Together with highly competent colleagues in the environment group you will have responsibility for monitoring, control and continuous observation of the site’s internal environment as well as new qualifications. Your overall objective will be to secure that we at all times live up to the current environmental requirements, also when these change, or our production conditions are reorganised. Working according to the Lean principles, you identify the set of problems, solve the issue and prepare your results for inspection. In this way, you will also have a key role drawing up SOP’s, procedures and discrepancy reports. Moreover, you participate in environment improvement projects of varying sizes and complexity such as qualification of new space in connection with reconstruction or approval of brand new production areas. Qualifications Either you are an Engineer, MSc or Technician or have another relevant background topped with experience with environmental monitoring and the use of the PEMS/LIMS systems. We make very heavy demands on quality, so you need to be skilled within GMP and quality assurance – preferably within pharmaceutical production. The high level of quality is also created through your responsible and systematic approach to your tasks. Finally, you know that all procedures have to be documented, and we reply on your flexibility, fine cooperation skills and sense of quality. You have a mind to be part of a team with stringent focus on shared goals, and you are able to keep your head when deadlines are closing in and the situation reaches a critical point. This puts heavy demand on your ability to solve parallel assignments and unforeseen issues, which often result in shift of priorities. You will be met by a great deal of written papers, and you must be able to read and write English.
