About the job In terms of organization you will be part of System Integration and Verification, which is an R&D-unit whose goal it is to secure the integration of hardware, software and audiology in hearing aid products and you will be referring to the Head of Integration & Verification. Overall, the aim of your job is to ensure that hearing aids, and the PC software used for their fitting, are made ready for user tests. This means that part of your new job as a technical audiologist will consist of reviewing and providing input for the test protocol and also ensuring that all hearing aid products live up to the demands of the protocol before they are going to the final user test. Among other things your tasks will include: - Making test specifications - Carrying out acoustic measurements - Making tools/test script in Matlab - Testing PC fitting software in relation to test specifications About you You have a diploma in engineering or a civil engineer degree and you have specialized in psychoacoustics, acoustics, signal processing or similar areas. You have previous experience from jobs or student jobs with system testing of hardware and software within the areas of audio, telecommunication or the hearing aid industry. From your previous work you will bring stellar skills in working with specifications and quality guides. In order for you to succeed it is crucial that your approach to your tasks is practical and that you can work in an interdisciplinary environment. Furthermore, you have a great overview which enables you to work in a systematic manner and gives you the capability to foresee if a deadline is getting overdue. You bring up constructive suggestions for solutions and you are a responsible and proactive employee who always delivers quality.
