Experienced Integration Developer for the IT learning platform of the future

Would you like to be at the front of designing and developing integration solutions for the future IT learning platform for primary schools, which will support entirely new ways of thinking and practising teaching? The job As an integration developer, your primary task will be to ensure that the teacher does not have to navigate through many different systems but will experience the learning platform as a gathering point for learning – before, during and after the teaching. At the end of the day, you will help headmasters, parents and students to having a better overview in the primary school, and, thereby, secure a better learning experience. You will be a part of Systematic’s newest business unit, Library & Learning. Here, you will be responsible for furthering the development of integration solutions towards both national systems and municipal systems, such as Uni-login and different file sharing systems. You will find a solution that will enable the individual teacher easy access to digital learning material, so he or she will save a great amount of time in the planning of teaching activities. You should apply for this job if you: Want to have responsibility for a variety of tasks relating to software development within system integration solutions, design and development of customised solutions Enjoy working with an agile approach and a high degree of independence in terms of scheduling your work Want a working day where you use most of your time in a team with 6-8 developers, an architect, a user experience designer, a test manager and a project manager Are used to taking the lead and sharing your profound knowledge with your colleagues Your skills and personality You have an educational background as a computer scientist, engineer or similar with a lot of experience with integration solutions. It will be an advantage if you are used to working successfully in development teams that are located in different geographical locations. It is also a plus if you have knowledge about reference architecture relating to “Brugerportalsinitiativet” along with integration for public and national systems, such as Uni-login. You also have an interest in and experience with: Integration frameworks, such as lightweight ESB (Apache, Camel, Mule ESB) or ESB (JBoss ESB, Oracle ESB) Automation of integration testing with stub Enterprise integration patterns Web services/REST services Messaging (MQ, Active MQ, JMS) You have an analytic approach and work in a structured way, and you are capable of seeing the big picture in the face of complex system integrations towards our products and driving them forward. You are characterised by focusing on possibilities and future-proof solutions that ensure value for the users in a learning environment.
