Copenhagen / Local / Finance-Economics / Ref.: MO-072571 Maersk Oil Head Quarters in Copenhagen is looking for an ambitious Finance Analyst working with a structured yet pragmatic approach to join the CFO Transformation Office where the main task is to drive the Chief Financial Officer’s recently launched change programme. We Offer With this role you have the opportunity to take part in strengthening the CFO Transformation Office agenda by driving tracking and supporting execution, implementation and communication of key projects to ensure successful and timely delivery. The role is in a team where the atmosphere is fast moving and rapidly changing. This job provides the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of Maersk Oil as well as the organisation of Finance, Procurement, IS, Strategy & Commercial through cross-functional projects. You will gain a great platform, from which you can build experience in senior management support and move in several directions within the CFO organization. Key Responsibilities You will refer to the head of the CFO Transformation Office and will be expected to contribute proactively to the result oriented way of working. The main challenge for the role is to build up a framework for managing and following up on the numerous priorities being carried out in the CFO area. Having this in place will enable the CFO Transformation Office to drive progress across projects in a systematic manner while ensuring clear communication to key stakeholders. Examples of your main responsibilities are to: • Drive the tracking and reporting of the CFO’s 2015+ Priorities. This includes establishing the right structure and process to monitor progress, provide assurance and track issues • Support the Head of CFO Transformation Office with execution, implementation and communication of the CFO agenda • Prepare presentations for the CFO for different events and meetings, e.g. Town Halls Who we are looking for The right candidate will hold a Master Degree in Finance (cand.merc) or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience. You have an analytical and structured approach while applying logic and pragmatic thinking. It’s a must that you are committed to deliver results and meet deadlines in a fast moving and changing environment. The preferred candidate has: • The ability to work independently and enjoys taking ownership and responsibility • A good understanding of the stakeholder landscape • Microsoft Office super user skills and experience with project management tracking tools and Power Point • Strong communication skills (written and visual) It is a must to be fluent in spoken and written English. *LI-SG1 Last application date: 30 April 2015.
