Marketing and Communications Assistant - Part time This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate in Marketing or Communications. Outpost24 is looking for a motivated, English-speaking Marketing Assistant with a flair for Social Media who is experienced in Word Press. Working closely with the Marketing and PR Manager, you will be in charge of several activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor or Masters in Marketing or Communications - Proficient in Word Press CMS - Excellent copywriting skills (preferably native English-speaker) Main responsibilities: Marketing - Update the company website (Word Press CMS) - Elaborate market intelligence reports of the industry, including analysis of the company and our main competitors - Elaborate PowerPoint presentations - Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn) - Handle purchase of merchandising Communications: - Expand the international media database (UK, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany and Spain) - Answer simple incoming media requests - Draft texts for event invitations and webinars - Draft customer studies Special events: - Register company for industry events - Order audio-visual equipment - Ship marketing materials - Elaborate photo library of events - Obtain customer quotes or testimonials for website Candidates who have no experience with Word Press and without a high level of English will not be considered for this position.
