This is your opportunity to become HR Business Partner for several units in the FLSmidth headquarters in Valby. You will join a team of 4 Business Partners in the HR-organisation. Detailed Description Sparring and assistance to a large number of Managers You will be the focal point of contact regarding HR matters for your areas of responsibility. As such, a large number of managers will count on you as their business-oriented HR person to provide sparring and assistance in matters within a full range of HR Services, such as: · Performance management and KPIs · Coach managers to develop within leadership and communication · Identify and prioritise HR-related issues in business strategies · Facilitate People Sessions and Succession planning processes · Facilitate processes such as performance appraisals and employee engagement surveys · Provide advice to managers and employees in conflict situations · Labour relations related to personnel issues, contracts, warning & terminations in close corporation with our company attorney · Conduct recruitment interviews and personality testing Job Requirements You also participate in relevant manager meetings and seminars, both in order to identify HR needs and to act as a facilitator. Your key clients are a large number of managers who will challenge your understanding of the FLSmidth business, your HR knowledge and personal capability.
