We are actively recruiting for an HR Consultant to join our team. You will work at our Headquarters in Allerød as part of the Group HR team which currently includes seven employees who support our global operations in more than 28 countries while also acting as local HR for HQ functions. THE POSITION As our new HR Consultant you will work closely together with several members of the HR team within their field of expertise, allowing you to gain solid experience within the broad field of HR in a global setting. In your job you will have the opportunity to work with a broad variety of employees and managers from other departments. You will be given responsibilities and tasks that will allow you to make an active contribution to the HR department. Some of the areas you can expect to be working with include: • Compensation and benefits • Recruiting • Mobility • Learning and development • People related analysis • Danish personnel administration and pay-roll • Ad hoc administrative tasks THE CANDIDATE As extensive work experience not is a requirement we also encourage recent graduates to apply for this position. The preferred candidate has the following profile: • Relevant education at Master level with good academic results • Strong interest in HR and people as a strategic priority • A hands-on, analytical and practical approach to tasks • A service-minded team-player who at the same time has the ability to work independently • Ability to work within established standards and guidelines and at the same time contribute to process improvements • Fluent in English • Experience with Microsoft Office, including solid skills in Excel WE OFFER Working with Welltec® means challenges and personal development in a demanding work environment.
