About the Department Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s overall product supply organisation. CLM is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s contract and licenced (outsourced) manufacturing world-wide. The primary role of CLM is to select, monitor and control the production handled by local manufactures in countries like India, Bangladesh, Algeria, Egypt, Russia, Japan and Central Europe. Furthermore CLM is involved in the establishment of new production sites in countries where local presence is required in order to obtain market access. The Job As an intern you will work in CLM’s Business Support team, supporting the department and especially the management team with various cross-departmental activities and projects. Your tasks will vary in size and complexity and you will be in dialogue with a broad variation of stakeholders in different countries and on different levels of the organisation. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who can work independently while solving complex tasks. You will receive a variety of assignments that requires both analytical and practical skills. Preferably you have knowledge about project management and familiarity with Excel and Power Point is an advantage. As a person you are flexible and have a high level of drive. You take initiative and like working in a busy environment. You cooperate in a professional way with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation and bring a positive attitude to the department and projects you work on. You are studying on your master’s degree in International Business, Engineering, Business Administration or similar. You are fluent in English, have a global mind-set and like working with various projects and processes. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.
