About the Department The position is located in Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S) IT, a department of D&S Business Support. D&S IT is a small unit responsible for driving strategic IT through a network of IT managers and IT coordinators across D&S. This responsibility includes creating and anchoring of IT strategies, driving IT projects, IT compliance, IT security and general coordination of IT in the SVP area. The job As IT Compliance Manager, you drive and develop IT compliance across D&S. This includes assessing compliance levels, contributing to concrete improvement initiatives and facilitating communication with both corporate IT and local line management and IT professionals regarding IT requirements. You guide D&S sites to understand and implement IT regulatory and organisational requirements. Furthermore, you work closely with project and system managers, ensuring that the right level of IT compliance is achieved throughout D&S. Specific contributions could be writing procedures, instructions and facilitating local competences development initiatives. Lastly, your responsibility includes driving the IT security and IT risk agenda for D&S. This position is a new role with a high impact on the IT performance and compliance levels in a dynamic and complex organisation. You will get a chance to shape the role and to establish a strong internal IT network. The position includes travel activity to sites in Denmark and abroad. Qualifications You have a Master of Science, an MBA or a similar academic degree within a relevant field e.g. Engineering or Computer Science. You have solid working experience with IT in a GxP regulated industry, and are an expert in understanding the many aspects and requirements within IT as well as OT. Ideally, you have worked with all aspects of IT from specification and implementation to daily operation and maintenance and have experience in global project management. As a person you have a strong personal drive to achieve results. You have solid analytical skills and the ability to work in a structured and systematic way and you are not afraid to think out of the box when the situation requires it. As your success will depend on your ability to understand local practices and procedures, you must have strong communications skills and the ability to build trustful partnerships with your stakeholders.
