You will be part of the Training Team, which is responsible for delivering training expertise to our global fleet of drilling units. The Training Team is part of Global People Support, our Operational HR Team in Headquarter, responsible for all internal and external recruitment and training of employees. Key Responsibilities As a HR Training Specialist you will be responsible for all day-to-day HR operations within training, including: • Monitoring and capturing changes in drilling industry competency standards • Understanding the training requirements of our customers • Drive compliance towards targeted training levels on our units • Act as advisor to leaders and employees in matters related to training • Interpret business challenges with your scope into proactive training solutions • Project Manager when a rig moves area or goes on to new contract Who we are looking for • You have 3-5 years of working experience, preferably 2-3 years in an HR function. You may have experience within the drilling industry and would like to pursue a career with HR. • You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment. • You are able to manage many different stakeholders. • You are ambitious and goal-oriented and recognize that your success is based on combined team efforts. • You are a good communicator with great business acumen, and you are seen as a trusted advisor to the business you support.
