Would you like to contribute to the development of the next generation software for handling calculations of risks on derivatives? We are currently looking for a IT Senior Operations Specialist. The position we offer The team we are hiring for consists of four team members, who will be working closely with 3 colleagues on the business side of the organisation. The team is part of a larger group, which maintains a system for derivatives trading. The team’s assignment is to develop the next generation software for handling calculations of risks on derivatives. Within this context, we work towards modernising our technology stack. Furthermore, we are focused on building the new system in a testable manner and that the tests must be automated. The existing system is written in a mix of C++, C#, java and more. Thus, knowledge of these languages will be an advantage. The team works as an agile team and so, it would be an advantage if you have experience with one or more of the agile methods. The qualifications you need You will be responsible for administration, setup and deployment of applications and middleware. We expect that you: •Have experience with both Windows and Linux administration. •Have experience with deployment and provisioning, maybe using: •Docker, XL Deploy, XL Release, Puppet •Python scripting •Have experience with administration of some of the following in high-availability multi-datacenter configurations: •RabbitMQ or similar •Couchbase, Cassandra or similar •Apache Ignite, Hazelcast or similar More information and send application For more information and details, please contact Lars Røboe Hartmann on +45 5547 1390.
