Sales Excellence consists of 7 dedicated employees located in Denmark and China. We are responsible for developing the Novozymes Sales culture, drive Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, onboarding commercial employees, build sales/sales manager skills and deliver tools and structure to support sales teams. You are outgoing, a good communicator and team player. You have strong analytical skills and drive. You can work independently on the tasks given to you and are willing to take on different kinds of challenge – strategic, operational as well as very practical tasks. In this position you need to: - Be a student of international business administration, international marketing, economics or similar with 1-2 years remaining of the studies - Have strong analytical and structured problem solving skills - Be proactive and able to work independently as well as a good team player - Speak and write excellent English - Have good work experience with MS Office (word, excel and power point) - Take on challenges as they come and are ready to try out new things Rethink tomorrow Novozymes is the world leader in bio innovation.
