As an IT Service Desk Agent in IT Service and Support DK you will be a part of a Nordic organisation that supports all employees of Nordea in IT issues on a daily basis from 07:30 – 18:00. In DK we mainly support Danish users. The position we offer In IT Service Desk DK, you will be a part of our Danish team. You will have 24 colleagues that are all responsible for supporting primarily Danish Nordea employees. You will act as single point of contact (SPoC) concerning, solving IT issues mainly via phone or mail. On an average day in the IT Service Desk you handle approximately 30-40 calls. At Nordea our basis desktop platform is built on Microsoft technology with Windows 7, Office 2010, Lync, etc. and you must be familiar with this. You will also take part in the request fulfilment process (order handling). The job includes contacts with other parts of the organisation (such as second and third level support). The qualifications you need You could be a skilled IT supporter - if not, we will secure a prober training – but, at least you are curious and have interest in IT and you show great customer support mind-set. We mainly speak Danish, but we also have English speaking end users. Nordea is a Nordic organisation, our corporate language is English, it is therefore important that you also master English both verbally and in writing. Your ability to handle customer contacts and your people skills in regards to this, will be weighted as very important as well your structure, quality and detail orientation. Sometimes it is very hectic supporting our colleagues, and it is therefore very important that you can remain focused in a busy work environment and do not lose sight in stressful situations. Structure, quality and detail oriented are key words in this role. We expect you to be proactive and committed to create results that add value to the bank and our customers.
