Are you an experienced Domain Architect, and would you like to use your skills in solution design across business intelligence platforms and technologies in an international and dynamic environment? Join us and become Lead Architect for Domain & Shared Systems which is responsible for delivering efficient and stable IT systems, applications and solutions that support business processes across all business units. We are now expanding our Domain Architecture team, which supports small and large projects in designing new IT solutions for the business. The tasks vary across our different business intelligence platforms and technologies as well as integration architecture. We cooperate closely with Enterprise Architecture at Group level when deciding on new solutions and technologies. Domain & Shared Systems and Business Intelligence is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be based at our office in Gentofte. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work, as the business units served are located in Virum and Gentofte. Areas of responsibility As Lead Architect, you are part of the ongoing development and realisation of our target Business Intelligence architecture in close cooperation with other departments and stakeholders via business projects. You will work with a wide variety of platforms and systems, including SAP BW/HANA, SAP Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite, Oracle Database & Data Warehouse Reference Architecture and Microsoft BI platform. You also work on Dimensional Modelling, the BI Competence Centre/Centre of Excellence, including Lifecycle Management, ETL/ELT processes and data integration, trading systems and exchanges as well as treasury and risk systems. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •ensure successful implementation and delivery of IT solutions to the business in cooperation with managers and colleagues •participate in projects across the organisation where it is pivotal to design coherent solutions aligning business requirements with current and future state architectures •act as an advisor to IT and business stakeholders on design, technologies and their BI applications for the business •work with all levels of business and IT to capture and analyse business drivers to develop BI architecture requirements •ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the enterprise •conceive and present architectural approaches for information technology and systems, including software, hardware, and processes, in support of business needs. Your profile You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Economics and have a proven record of achievements in your field, preferably with a background in finance, energy or commodities IT. You have in-depth knowledge in at least one or more of our key technologies, and experience with SAP BW/HANA is a plus. You have a good understanding of integration architecture, both in technical and information terms. You are analytical and can see and understand issues from different customer perspectives. The ability to understand the business and translate this knowledge into results and provide sparring on technical issues is critical to success, both in the short and the long term. Furthermore, you are a key person to business, project teams and colleagues in IT, enabling you to act as initiator and bridge different views and share knowledge in an open-minded and cooperative spirit.
