As the marketing and communications specialist, you will be deeply involved in the development and communication of our offerings (B2B and B2C), and our ideal candidate is specialized in several of the following marketing exercises: Analysis of customer data to improve customer relationships: • Today’s tracking technologies allow us to know practically everything about our customers’ user behavior. Such data provides us with insights we can use to define and target all our customer segments. A key deliverable will be to produce continuous and pertinent data analysis using Google Analytics, AdWords (lead generation analysis via CRM), Localytics, and other web and app tracking tools. The outcome should equip us with actionable insights we can use to engage our customer even further, but also to help verify that our UX, UI and communication strategies really work. Communication and project management: • Once we have the intel on our segments (see above bullet), we create the right messaging strategy. Based on this, you will be co-responsible for writing copy, developing communication guidelines and delivering on a broad variety of marketing projects. With the marketing head, you will build and convey marketing / brand­ing / educational campaigns - internally as well as externally, across all our communication platforms - and evaluate and act on the outcomes they generate. Other relevant responsibilities: • You will also deliver on ad hoc tasks requested by our global sales teams and their customers, spanning from market and product guidelines to developing more general marketing presentations and material. YOUR PROFILE We expect you to have a higher educational background and some years of relevant work experience. Your analytical skills are excellent, and you are structured and well organized by nature. You can juggle several projects at the same time, and still keep that critical attention to detail. You have a natural understanding of web analytics, customer segmentation modeling and the marketing mix. You grasp the concepts of the customer’s path to purchase and the journey creation that follow. You also pos­sess excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, and you can produce reports and proposals for all levels of the organization. Finally, we expect you to be an advanced user of Excel, and comfortable working with data. IS THIS ALSO YOU?
