We are a looking for an experienced marketeer with a strong digital foundation. This is an opportunity to help digitalise LEGO® Education and further develop your marketing management skills while pushing creativity and collaboration through robotics hands-on learning solutions to schools around the world. Secure continuous momentum and pursuit of new digital opportunities You will help set direction for the LEGO MINDSTORMS® Education portfolio on a 2-3 year perspective and join the marketing team in delivering portfolio management, communication strategies and go-to-market plans, and developing new digital concepts and business models. More specifically, you will: Take lead on global communication and go-to-market for LEGO MINDSTORMS Education Help develop new concepts and business models according to the strategy Strengthen the general LEGO MINDSTORMS Education online presence in relation to teachers and educational decision makers Be an instrumental part of setting the agenda for how to increase digitalisation across marketing tasks, including identifying and developing digital communication platforms Help us enable every student to succeed Working with LEGO Education means helping children improve their skills as part of their natural curiosity and desire to explore, learn and play. You will be based in Billund, travel 20-30 days per year and be part of the three person LEGO MINDSTORMS Education marketing team, all operating across a wide variety of teams and stakeholders both inside and outside LEGO Education. The digital aspect of future classroom solutions is a top priority and should be implemented into new business opportunities, campaigns and communication platforms as well as in the monitoring of marketing activities. Do you have what it takes? You will be expected to challenge the way we communicate and go-to-market and help guide us into thinking digitalisation into everything we do. To do so, you: Have 3-5 years of marketing experience with proven online and digital marketing skills, perhaps from a position as marketing manager in a larger organisation or from a digital marketing agency where you have executed global marketing campaigns Have a strong digital mind-set and understanding of digital concepts, communication and business models. Experience with SEM and SEO is a plus Have a master degree in marketing or similar, strong IT competencies in relation to creating presentations and analysing/presenting data as well as advanced English skills, verbally and written Have a good understanding of both markets and end-users and are capable of applying this knowledge to the business Posses strong collaboration and communication skills and naturally take lead and responsibility on tasks and projects Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group we succeed together and you will be part of a global family where you will use your creativity and collaborate across the LEGO Community.
