Are you a black belt SharePoint Ninja with a consultant background? And do you have experience with aligning business requirements with SharePoint solutions in a large organisation? Join DONG Energy IT as SharePoint Consultant in our Information Management Systems department and become one of our skilled specialists working on the operation and development of information management systems for our Wind Power division. The department is part of our Group functions, which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You may choose freely to be based either at our Danish offices in either Gentofte or Skærbæk near Fredericia. Areas of responsibility As a SharePoint Consultant you ensure customer satisfaction by providing SharePoint solutions and services that fit customer requirements. Your main responsibilities are to provide consultancy with business owners, thus becoming a trusted advisor as well as convert business requirement specifications into solution descriptions You have a large contact base throughout the organisation and recognise and communicate new opportunities to the business and colleagues based on high SharePoint knowledge. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •describe and configure SharePoint solutions and services that fit customer requirements together with our SharePoint development team •evaluate possible solution design, eg integration with other systems and determining whether or not SharePoint is the right way to go, in close cooperation with our internal SharePoint delivery team (developers, architects and product owners) •manage subcontractors to ensure high quality, on time and budget deliverables •help describe and solve identified system errors •provide 3rd level support to end-users when needed. Your profile You hold a relevant academic degree (computer or business sciences) and you find a satisfaction in pinning down that essential business need and facilitating the road to a solution. Further, you have some experience working with SharePoint, preferably both with configuration and development. Furthermore, you have experience with Office 365. You have proven experience with business consultancy and converting business requirement specifications into IT solutions. Personally, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and communicate equally well with both end-users in the business and technical resources.
