About the department Moulding Support is part of Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) and consists of about 50 dedicated moulding engineers and technicians. You will work in an international atmosphere and be surrounded by talented and dedicated colleagues with whom you can exchange knowledge and experiences. We are a team of moulding process and tool experts who are responsible for support on injection moulded plastic parts produced internally in Hillerød DK and on various production sites worldwide. The job In Hillerød, Denmark we are currently ramping up production on our newest devise, the FlexTouch® pen family. Our volumes are rapidly increasing so we need one more experienced moulding process engineer who will be responsible for expert moulding tool support on specific tools/components. We can offer you an international workplace with a high degree of influence in planning your work and daily tasks. As an engineer in DMS Moulding Support you will support our daily production along with moulding and tool projects within your specific area. We focus intensely on Lean with focus on systematically problem solving, continuous improvements and quality. Qualifications You hold a degree in engineering, or likewise experience, together with hands-on skills. You possess a great business sense and are a motivating team player who achieves specified goals. You have minimum 5 years of experience with mass production of precession moulded plastic components and have in-depth knowledge within injection moulding and moulding tools. You possess good interpersonal skills and are process oriented with the ability to communicate simple and uncomplicated. You have good understanding of GxP and thrive in a documentation heavy working environment. Furthermore you have a high quality mind-set and are able to work efficient under pressure. Communication in English verbal/written is a necessity, since you will cooperate with international suppliers and customers. Ability to communicate in Danish is a big advantage but not necessary if you are the right candidate. 10-20 travel days per year should be expected.
