About the department Aseptic Production Support and Optimisation is a part of DFP Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is providing process and technical support to Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites globally. A vital part of this work is to implement technology strategies in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). You will be a part of the Aseptic Production support team where experienced Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Professionals and Technicians are looking forward to your arrival. The job As a release coordinator you will coordinate the process for development of new global standards. Draft, structure and finalise documents and related training material in a clear and easy to read language. Coordinate the process for update and develop of global standards when process improvements are generated. As an expert on the development of standards you will play a key role in our efforts to continuously improve our processes and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. Here you will also build on your experience as a technical writer as you move into tasks more oriented towards project coordination The majority of your job will take place in Bagsværd, but as you will be working closely with employees from the team up to 10 travel days a year can be expected. Qualifications You hold a degree in engineering, pharmacy, business or related technical field. You have a solid understanding of business processes and the value of continuous improvements for an organisation. As a person you are focused on results and have demonstrated the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks. You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables and scope. You have excellent communication skills and can work individually or in project teams. LEAN is a central part of our daily life and we expect that you are passionate about process improvement. Ability to collaborate across boundaries and fluency in English both written and spoken are required since we are working in an international environment.
