With Delivering Business Value at the forefront of our minds, Nordea Markets is seeking experienced Agile Coaches to work in a small dedicated team. As part of the Lean-Agile Methods team you will be playing a key role in revolutionizing the way Nordea delivers IT solutions to the business. The position we offer As part of the Lean-Agile Methods team, you will facilitate sharing of LEAN-Agile best practices through informal communication channels and/or formal training sessions. You should also provide guidance and training around most effective use of tools (such as Jira) to support agile teams and provide input to definition of meaningful metrics in support of moving the needle as the organization moves towards LEAN-Agile methodology. Other responsibilities include: •Decisive coaching and mentoring of teams around LEAN-Agile processes and methodology •Facilitate and drive organizational change management at the team and the business level and be personally credible and a strong self-starter •Being an effective communicator at all levels, in both structured and non-hierarchical, informal structures •Be ambitious and flexible with excellent team skills and a strong personal drive. •Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels, as well as in many diverse situations and environments •Help the organization scale Agile beyond the team level to programs and portfolios and apply appropriate agile scaling approaches. •Systematically monitor the overall Agile adoption, identify opportunities and provide targeted guidance and coaching. The qualifications you need We expect the ideal candidate to bring 5 years of work experience in the use of Agile methodologies and the supporting tools required. Other qualifications that would make you a good match: •3-5 years of experience in an agility training/coaching role is required •LEAN Process experience is a strong plus •2-3 years’ experience in large organizational transformations is required •PMI-ACP, CSP, or other agile certifications is preferred •BS or BA in a related field preferred; PMP or MBA a plus In order to become a success in this role you should have significant experience implementing agile frameworks in an organization as well as excellent people skills, change management experience and the ability to leverage servant-leadership to positively influence change.
