Are you an excellent digital project manager with experience within web and digital activities? We are experiencing a substantial growth in our business and are looking for an ambitious and engaged digital project manager to our marketing team. The position In your new job, you will work in the Shared Marketing Support group, consisting of approximately 30 highly skilled and specialized employees. Together we ensure efficient development, execution, production, and support of sales and marketing elements suited for both the BtB and BtC market. In your role as digital project manager, you will be in charge of planning and developing digital and web resources to projects. Furthermore, you will ensure that projects are implemented according to specifications and delivered on time and on budget. You will get a chance to play an important role within our marketing department where the main responsibilities include: - Efficient project planning - Effective campaigns and adaptations in all prioritized channels - Implementation of creative concepts, campaigns and tools on the web and digital channels - Masters projects to versioning and distribution for handover - Receive statistics on usage, communicates to Stakeholders and acts upon trends - Consulting on technical issues Your background In order to be a success in this position it is crucial that you have documented experience with digital project management – preferable from an international organization or an agency. We are open for applicants with different educational backgrounds and varying degrees of experience. Digital Project management skills You are an experienced Digital project manager, who thrives in a dynamic environment with numerous stakeholders. When challenges arise, you keep focused and lead the way. You are used to work according to processes, and you are highly skilled in planning and structuring your work. You furthermore show strong negotiation skills and are not afraid in standing up for your points. Next to that, you are a great team player, able to reach goals together with others. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person, who finds it easy establishing and maintaining personal relations across a large organization and with multiple interfaces. We expect you to be structured and you need to have a great overview of the different digital marketing projects. You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate, argue and present your opinions in a strong and convincing way. Lastly, we expect you to have great people skills.
