Biopharm New Haemophilia API Mammalian Cell Production is producing haemophilia medicine. The processes involve cultivation, recovery and purification. The department consists of approximately 75 very engaged and dedicated employees. We continuously focus on optimizing our processes and production planning is a key focus area in this process. The job Continuous improvements are the key focus for the entire department therefore you will be involved with many stakeholders inside and outside the department. Incidents will appear in various processes and we need a joint system between different departments that hold information’s, types, frequency and prioritization to ensure the right use of resources. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about software design, computer science, manufacturing engineering or similar. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in pharmacy, public health, health services research, health economics/economics or other relevant field. Alternatively you have skills in production and digital project planning. You are exploratory and creative while you work structured and independently. It would be an advantage if you have experience using Access or equivalent. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 01.02.2016 or as soon as possible.
