Your responsibilities as data specialist Your areas of responsibility is mainly to assist the senior team members in ensuring smooth and professional HR processes and data deliverables to our Danish business units. You will have the ownership of the Danish part of our Corporate HR system which includes support for various HR processes, reporting and daily operation. We also expect you to take part in the process development together with your peers at other Ramboll sites. Your local colleagues and stakeholders are mainly HR Coordinators, the global business application team and Corporate HR. Your detailed tasks will be: •Overall responsible for the Corporate HR system in the Danish business units •Training of new super users (HR Coordinators, HR Business partners and HR Managers) •Support for super users •Conduct advanced analysis and communication of HR metrics You and your competencies You can be a newly graduate or have 2-4 years of experience from a similar position. Being a strong communicator and team worker, you thrive in a project environment, working closely with the business. With your structured approach, you ensure that the HR reporting and data quality is high. You deliver according to plan and in compliance with the overall plan and strategy. Finally, working in a changing and highly dynamic environment, you need to be robust and meet challenges as they come. Moreover we expect you to: •Have an educational background from MSc in Business Administration and Computer Science, Master in Economics, and , MSc in Marketing and Business Innovation or similar •Be detail – and data oriented •Be proactive, able to work independently and setting own agenda •Be excellent follow-up and follow-through skills Become part of HR Operations and Recruitment You will become part of a department of 10 highly engaged and experienced HR professionals working in all areas of compensation and benefits, merger and acquisitions, recruitment, employment law amongst others. We support the Ramboll Group in various HR matters and are responsible for roll-out and alignment of HR processes according to Ramboll's strategy of becoming more internationally.
