We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated colleague to join Compliance Support in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP), DFP Quality as Project Coordinator focusing on technical writing and project support. About the department You will join our department with Compliance Specialists and Project Managers specialised in quality compliance and business standardisation and optimisation. We provide support to all DFP sites to secure that our processes are in compliance and as efficient as possible. As our sites are located in Denmark, China, France, Brazil and the USA, you will be working across national borders and different working cultures. The job As a Project Coordinator and Technical Writer you will: Coordinate the process for updating and developing of global standards where regulatory requirements are identified as relevant for our global sites. Draft, structure and finalise documents and related training material in a clear and easy to read language. Work with our cross-site groups of Process Experts to ensure that best practices are captured in our systems for global sharing. As an expert on the development of standards you will play a key role in our efforts to continuously improve our processes and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. As you mature in the position, you will become an active sparring partner for the groups of Process Experts and the local group members. Here you will also build on your experience as a Technical Writer as you move into tasks more oriented towards project management. The majority of your job will take place in Bagsværd, but as you will be working closely with employees from all sites, approximately 15-30 travel days a year can be expected. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, business or related technical field. You have a solid understanding of business processes and the value of continuous improvements for an organisation. As a person you are focused on results and have demonstrated the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks. You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables and scope. You have excellent communication skills and can work individually as well as in project teams. LEAN is a central part of our daily life and we expect that you are passionate about process improvement. Ability to collaborate across boundaries and fluency in English both written and spoken are required, since we are working in an international environment.
