Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the CFO. The Job Your first success criteria will be to drive enhancements in our categorisation, processes and systems to achieve correct and transparent spend data. In order to succeed, you understand the data relations between the different SAP modules and you can comprehend the entire in- and out bound flow of data in the procurement processes. You will be working closely together with the Ariba team as well as the Category Managers. Your ability to manage stakeholders, apply simplicity and yet ensure a high quality are key enablers to succeed. You are required to structure your work so you optimise your collaboration with our colleagues in our procurement function in India. Qualifications You have completed a Master Degree (in e.g., IT, economics, business administration, engineering or supply chain management) with a top 15% GPA. You have 5-8 years of experience preferably from a finance/procurement function. You like working with IT systems and have experience with data modelling, further you have a proven record in acting as link between IT and business. You pay attention to details but it is just as important to understand your data in a broader context. You can communicate clear and concise and you are comfortable giving presentations. You are ambitious, like to show results and it is natural for you to drive continuous improvements. Experience with a major ERP system, especially SAP/Ariba, is an advantage.
