About the department Strategic Sourcing is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, and we are responsible for the strategic sourcing activities related to Novo Nordisk’s worldwide pharmaceutical production sites as well as global management of suppliers. In Business Support, we drive cross-unit projects and contribute to value-adding financial, commercial and market intelligence activities with or on behalf of the four other departments in Strategic Sourcing. You will enter a fast-paced and ambitious environment where we collaborate closely with stakeholders inside as well as outside Novo Nordisk. You will be located in Bagsværd, where 9 competent colleagues look forward to welcoming you. The job Your main role is to drive a wide range of internal and cross-organisational processes and projects from a-z, including change management that make processes and projects flow and changes stick. The role extends to support of the Corporate Vice President and the Management team as to providing essential presentations and analysis, which they can rely on in their decision-making. This will include bringing your knowledge on strategy development into play. You can anticipate varied working days with many different tasks and numerous stakeholders. All in all, you can look forward to an extrovert position where your work will have the Management’s attention. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in International Business, Economics or similar, supplemented with minimum 5 years’ experience from a similar position or as management consultant. You have acquired sharp analytical skills, experience with strategy development and excellent project management skills. To drive your many processes and projects successfully, you need a structured approach and a mind focused on execution and results. Your colleagues know you as a proficient communicator who masters the discipline of storytelling. In addition, you characterise yourself as a flexible person with a high level of drive. You are extrovert and possess solid networking skills which enable you to navigate among various stakeholders. Last but not least, you have solid English language skills in speech and in writing.
