Then Systematic might have the job for you. The job We are looking for a Product Manager working with Systematic’s Sitaware Frontline targeted at the defence market. The Product Manager is responsible for specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for communicating product values to different customers in various contexts, which implies a focus on customer relationship management. Key success criteria as a Product Manager include: Building customer loyalty, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing user value for the customers and product development. Your main tasks include: •Write product requirements documents that enable the company to deliver leadership products while continuing to satisfy tactical needs •Work with development groups during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements •Work with marketing to create internally and externally focused product collateral and to define the product message •Provide the sales team with the necessary technical support, sales collateral and assistance at special customer visits •Represent the company at conferences and trade shows; interface with industry analysts •Analyze potential partner relationships for the product Your skills and personality We are looking for a Product Manager with a solid technical understanding, experience from managing complex projects, and a cross-functional understanding of a broad range of business areas. Moreover, you should have 8+ years of military (army) experience. Furthermore, you are characterised by the following: •You have knowledge of software technology (programming skills are not required) •You have a passion for creating great products and feel personally responsible for the success of the products. •You have customer empathy, and you are good at building and maintaining relationships based on mutual trust. •You are bright and goal oriented. You are a good problem solver with a positive approach to work, who see opportunities rather than limitations. •You have great leadership competencies and the ability to motivate others, and you have a high personal and professional integrity. •You possess excellent communication and networking skills, which are needed to interact effectively with the many people with whom you come into contact. •You have the ability to present complex solutions in an accessible manner. •You have experience in public presentations and/or classroom training •You have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority •You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
