Join us and become the Programme Administrator in the Flexibility Programme, which is responsible for accelerating our flexibility business across DONG Energy, Customers & Markets. Over the next 2 years, the Programme will grow to 32 dedicated colleagues, split into smaller project teams, and you work across these projects alongside the Programme Developer and the Programme Director. The department is part of Customers & Markets, which has 1,600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We handle the production from our wind farms and oil and gas fields for the energy exchanges and customers in Northern Europe, and we distribute electricity and natural gas to businesses and private customers in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Virum, in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect occasional travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Programme Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Programme Management team across the footprint of the new Flexibility Programme. Your team is virtual and spread out over several locations. You work closely with the Project Leaders for Germany, the United Kingdom, remote island grids and the Technology department. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: . prepare documentation for Programme and Project meetings . support Programme and Project managers in following up on reporting . maintain a document workspace and project library of presentations and minutes etc. . assist the Programme and project leaders in administrative tasks. Your profile You probably have an education within business or communications, but more importantly, you are well organised with proven experience in working across a virtual team. Your communication skills are excellent and you speak and write English fluently. Danish and German language skills are an advantage. Preferably, you have experience with project management disciplines such as risk & issue management and project planning. You are also experienced in structuring and analysing data and building reporting using Microsoft Excel as well as the use of Microsoft Power Point and administration of Microsoft Sharepoint sites.
