Novo Nordisk has initiated a project to build a new factory in Måløv which will be supplying the market with tablets and thus set new standards for diabetes treatment. About the department We’re in the process of establishing a new Quality department as part of the project organisation. In the Quality department we ensure quality and compliance but have also been given the responsibility to establish the quality system (procedures & processes) and the training system for the facility. The job You will be part of a dynamic environment where you job will be to support the project employees with quality related tasks in their daily job. You will be responsible for the establishment of the training system as well as the needed procedures and processes for the project to operate in cGMP compliance. In close cooperation with your colleagues in the quality organisation and the project, you contribute to finding solutions for ad hoc questions and challenges within GMP compliance.As you will be part of a new organisation, you have the opportunity to influence the processes and routines in the organisation. Your tasks and responsibility evolve as the project progresses to include e.g. handling of changes & deviations. Qualifications Ideally, you have a master in Pharmacy, Chemical Eng. or corresponding qualifications. You have knowledge within some of the following areas: GMP, Quality Management Systems or pharmaceutical production. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where teamwork is at the top of the agenda. Also, you are quite adaptable and challenge our way of doing things, so that we will get even better.
