Then you might be the person we are looking for in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) QA. About the department DMD QA is a department with 35 highly qualified professionals divided into 3 teams; Operation QA, Prefilled QA and Durable QA. The 3 teams are responsible for quality assurance activities and continuous optimization of the Novo Nordisk A/S portfolio of prefilled devices and durable devices. The open position is within the Durable QA team where 9 dedicated professionals are engaged. The position is a maternity cover (January 2015 to December 2015). The working relations are informal and the team values professional sparring and good humour highly. The job You will contribute by ensuring the right product quality to components, products and processes by supporting optimization projects with your quality assurance tasks. You will support change requests and incident handling when requested from the manufacturing sites. More concrete - you will be QA responsible for a number of durable components where you will maintain the quality component specifications, ensure that the quality of the components are according to the specified criteria’s. You will also be supporting the QA reviewer tasks on technical customer compliant investigation answers, change requests and non-conformities related to the products and components. In your daily work, you will interact with several departments internally and externally and your success will depend on your ability to be a role model with regards to collaboration and communication with all types of colleagues and business partners while keeping the quality of the products in mind. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree in engineering (preferable mechanics), pharmacy or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience. Preferable your academic background is topped with experience within the quality assurance and/or device industry. However we would also like to hear from talented newly academic graduates.You have an excellent quality mind-set, good communicational skills and you can place the importance of compliance on the agenda in a positive and constructive way. Your language skills cover proficiency in English, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge with the requirements ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 14971. As a person, you are known for a high commitment as well as taking responsibility for your assignments. You work independently and make decisions regarding quality tasks and at the same time, you perform well in a team-oriented environment.
