You will be part of a highly skilled quality team supporting Operations (production departments and production laboratories) in their daily processes. The quality team in Operations is key to ensure compliance and achieving the right product quality in a LEAN way using Danaher Business Systems. The job The expectation for the QA Operations Engineering Team is to build quality into production processes in cooperation with Operations. The QA Operations Engineers work in integrated production/QA teams, securing the daily delivery of products, ensuring compliance and the right product quality to the customers by: • Driving the quality work together with the organization. • Following up on progress and maintain relevant Visual Management tools. • Driving improvement actions to completion. • Performing Statistical Data Analysis, Trending and Problem Solving Process analysis. • Being innovative on improvements based on facts and data analysis. • Managing and driving deviations and concessions. • Performing compliance guidance and training. • Participating in outsourcing activities. • Participating and driving harmonization with our global production sites. However, we believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success: • Engineer or Technical University degree within Electro, Chemistry, Mechanics, Medical Technology. • An all-round technical background is needed, with an interest for learning about Blood Gas and Immunoassay. • Production and/or Quality engineering within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry (minimum 2 years’ experience). • Project management experience. • Danish as well as English required.
