We are looking for an experienced Safety Advisor in the Global Safety Surveillance Established department which is part of the Global Safety headquarters in Ballerup. 

Job abstractJV_description

As Safety Advisor you are globally responsible for effective safety risk management processes for marketed products.

Some of the main tasks included in this responsibility are:

• on-going signal detection and management
• chairmanship of cross-organisational groups (Safety Management Teams) looking at safety risk management from all aspects
• preparation of Global Safety input to regulatory documents
• preparation of safety reports and risk management plans for health authorities
• medical assessment of reported adverse events

 Qualifications

We are looking for a new colleague who has:

• education as MD, pharmacist or equivalent
• preferably 2+ years of experience in Drug Safety or Regulatory Affairs
• preferably experience as project manager 
• strong co-operation skills and experience with project management and cross functional teams 
• an analytical mindset and an eye for detail
• good written and verbal English skills
• a proactive, and open-minded approach

You will need to collaborate closely with colleagues in Global Safety as well as colleagues in the rest of LEO Pharma. Multiple tasks with fixed deadlines may be ongoing at the same time. Therefore, the ability to focus, stay calm and work independently as well as in teams, is a necessity for the job.
