Job ID: 159783 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time For our Offshore Sales department at our offshore competence center in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced Sales Strategy Manager to support our global Sales department. What are my responsibilities? We are looking for a strong Sales Strategy Manager who can identify and prioritize customer values and present the optimal communication strategy transforming Siemens Wind Power core competencies into sales arguments. You are the person who can coach other competent sales people and make them understand the whole story line from the customer relation to the sales process right until the project phase during the negotiation situation. Moreover, your responsibilities will be: • Securing optimal value based pricing through development of tools & methods • Supporting and developing pro-active and bespoke bid strategies • Securing transparent & logical price calibrations across portfolio • Driving OF wind investment logic – aligned with other relevant Siemens departments • Providing training to sales teams on tools & methods and wind investment know-how • Providing sparring / challenging on specific cases (sanity checks...) • Supporting offshore Wind value tool development What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a M.Sc. Level Business / finance degree or similar and you have 5+ yrs experience from project company in complex sales, strategy / BD or consultancy / investment banking/sales- or marketing management position. Experience with “Wind Investment” will be considered a big plus. Analytically, we expect you to be very strong and able to analyze and deliver logic structure and overview on complex subjects. You display an excellent commercial understanding / in-depth knowledge on investment / financing modeling. You are seen as a powerful, charismatic and good communicator and you can explain complex logic in simple terms. Finally, you possess fluent English skills both orally and written. Different IT tools are a part of your everyday tool box. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
