Then you might be the right person, as we are currently searching for an ambitious and dedicated Senior Business Analyst to be part of the Management Support department in Business Assurance, based at our headquarters in Bagsværd (Denmark). About the department Management Support is a department consisting of 6 employees supporting the management team in Business Assurance. The department provides executive support to the management team and drives administrative processes across Business Assurance. The key services include strategy and business development, financial planning, project management and quality management. The job We offer an exciting and challenging position that for the right candidate will provide a unique opportunity to impact the way we perform assurance activities in Novo Nordisk. You will provide executive support to the management team and drive projects within Business Assurance. Business Assurance primary responsibility is to safeguard the Novo Nordisk Way and license to operate within business ethics, IT and financial compliance. The position gives you exposure to senior managers, a strong development platform and a solid insight into the assurance function of a global pharmaceutical company. The job involves a wide range of tasks, including driving strategy and organisational development processes, developing management presentations, coordinating management meetings and conferences, financial planning and follow-up, driving strategic projects and day-to-day sparring with management. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree from a University or Business School, preferably within the field of Business Administration or equivalent. You have 2-4 years of experience within executive support, consulting or similar generalist areas. You are a high performer and have a strong track record. You speak and write English fluently. You are open minded, proactive, a team player, responsible and have the ability to perform well under pressure.
