If yes, you may be our new Senior GMP Material Professional in Material Manufacturing Development (ManDev) About the department You will join Material ManDev in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, which consist of 36 employees organised in three teams. A material transfer & material management team and two Analytical support teams. The GMP Material Professional will be a member of the Material Transfer & Management team responsible for coordinating transfer of raw materials from development to production, and maintain documentation on existing raw materials. We cooperate with a variety of functions, including regulatory affairs, development, QC and QA for raw materials, and various Novo Nordisk production sites and external contract manufacturers. The position As Senior GMP Material Professional you will be a key driver in setting the control strategy incl. storage and shipping conditions for all the raw materials we use in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) and Drug Product (DP) production, when new raw materials are transferred from development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the process of setting the right specification for our raw materials and securing that appropriate documentation on raw materials is obtained. As Senior GMP Material Professional you will become member of different transfer teams with focus on transferring raw material knowledge and QC methods from development to production. In particular, you will have a close and constructive collaboration with API and DP raw material specialists from development and Manufacturing Support areas. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree in in chemistry e.g. Cand.pharm, Cand.scient or Cand.polyt. You have several years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry or organic & protein chemistry and a high GMP and compliance mind-set. Furthermore, it is important that you are motivated by working in the cross field of raw materials and modern production of high quality pharmaceuticals. You have a high level of energy to drive yourself and your colleagues forward in order to deliver on your deadlines and milestones. You are a true team player who enjoys working in close cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments, and you contribute to the team’s common motivation with a positive, forthcoming attitude. Lastly, you must have good communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
