Take on an exceptional global leadership role You join Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA), the in-house shopper communication team for the LEGO Group. We are passionate about giving shoppers the best experience with our brand and products. Working as a global agency from 8 offices around the world, we are a rapidly growing team of currently 250 employees. As Senior Director, you join our Global Leadership Team, and head up the European (EMEA) department, spread across offices in Billund, London, Munich and Prague. Here, you and your team deliver outstandingly effective and brand building omni-channel campaigns for the LEGO Group. To facilitate this, you: Lead our team in terms of driving the HR agenda, developing competencies, building capabilities and facilitating the development of a pipeline of talents Step into the global SMA Leadership Team and play a vital part in creating the future of SMA EMEA, thus significantly impacting the development of the shopper marketing agenda Take the lead towards EMEA market partners and set the direction in collaboration with European Marketing Directors on shopper marketing and shopper engagement Clarify and set the direction for large-scale strategic projects and participate actively in developing our portfolio of services Join a global family with a shared vision Joining the Shopper Marketing Agency, you will be part of a multicultural and globally dispersed group with an awesome culture and a shared vision of delivering some of the most innovative shopper communication solutions across the industry. Because of our different locations, you can choose to be based in our London hub, our HQ in Billund or at one of the other European SMA locations. And due to the global nature of this role, you can look forward to travelling approximately 50 days per year. Proven leader with shopper marketing expertise In this position, you will need to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across the European markets, while providing the optimal working environment for a team across several locations. To facilitate this, you are a strong collaborator and an inspiring leader, who is able to let go and lead through leaders. You set the bar high and can engage your team, to take shopper marketing to the next level. Moreover, you: Have +10 years of people leadership experience, combined with a background in shopper marketing Probably have experience from a global sales/marketing organisation, an agency background or perhaps as Key Account Manager, working with large global customers Hold a degree in Marketing, Communication and/or general business administration Communicate effortlessly in English Bringing it to life "Leading a large team of leaders and specialists dispersed at 4 different locations is complex, challenging and awesome!
