For our Blade Plant in Aalborg we are looking for a Senior LEAN Specialist with solid hands-on experience with LEAN to support our production within this field thus improving product quality, reduce lead time and improve flow. What are my responsibilities? · Develop the Siemens Production System (SPS) to the next level · Support step change improvements projects · Training and coaching in the use of LEAN tools · Perform deep dive capacity analysis and Value Stream Maps · Support complex problem solving (data driven) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Construction or Logistics Engineering and have profound knowledge of LEAN methodologies · You have at least 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience from the wind business or automotive will be seen as an advantage · As a person you have strong analytical skills and a structured mindset as well as a result and quality oriented approach to your work · Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving skills · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing and you are an experienced user of MS Office applications In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
