For our User Engagement team we are looking for an IT User Interaction Expert. As a part of the Business Alignment team within the IT department you are the closest to the Wind and Service business. You will be the connection point between IT and the Wind and Service business with focus on the End User and Key Users. What are my responsibilities? · Communicating with end users, key users and other businesses stakeholders · Managing local events and projects (internal IT meetings, open space events) · Aligning IT internal communication and “channel guide” for business partner and IT delivery · Gate keeping of all IT communication channels into the Wind and Service business (e.g. web and social media) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a University degree within Communications · You have wide knowledge of different IT solutions and have experience with designing of processes and applications in collaboration with customers · As a person you are outgoing and self-driven · You take responsibility for your work and possess strong analytical, coordination and communication skills · You are customer oriented and a dedicated networker thriving in an international environment · You posses excellent Microsoft Office skills · Strong English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
