Reach our strategic goals about deploying seamlessly integrated user and customer experience Key to this position is to reach our strategic goals about deploying seamlessly integrated user and customer experience throughout all of our different touch-points, on all relevant devices and platforms. Moreover you will play an important and central role, in continuing the development and implementation of the overall customer experience framework. As a part of the Digital Experience Team, you are responsible for defining and establishing UX principles and guidelines across all LEGO Education digital solutions and components and drive the implementation of these across the LEGO education portfolios and organization. More specifically, you will: Define a strong user experience reflecting the end user needs as core to best in class quality digital experiences. Manage relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders, to ensure full understanding of the UX principles, and how to implement these across all portfolios. Manage supplier relationship by being responsible to build trustful relationships with different digital suppliers. Work with Digital Experience Managers and other peers in project teams to help guide the interaction design for specific projects as well as being able to understand and drive a horizontal experience platform approach. The robust Senior Manager who can drive a strong User Experience agenda in a complex international business setting The right candidate for us are characterised by personal integrity, an ability to be a vital part of processes of change and high interaction skills which shows through in everything that you do. For succeeding in this job it is essential that you: Are able to work rapidly towards achievable creative solutions from difficult and complex problems in an international setup. Have core competencies and experience in software/App and online application User Experience on a Senior Level and you passionately follow the latest trends within our field. Manage to facilitate change management in a way were your interaction and humanistic skills really shows through. Preferably you have experience with development and facilitation of Experience Workshops, Prototyping, Wireframes, Mockup/Sketching and planning of long term implementation of global strategic UX principles will be an advantage. Have 5+ years of experience from digital solution and product development, a digital agency or the like. Your educational background might be a master degree within the field of interaction/experience design, digital communication or similar, but your experience will attach great importance.
