Jeg er en kvinde på 53 år, bosiddende i Skårup, der søger personlige hjælpere, primært nattevagter, men også afløsere til ferien. Jeg har diagnosen Als, er kørestolsbruger og har brug for hjælp til stort set alt. I juni starter jeg Bi pap behandling og i den forbindelse skal mit nuværende team udvides til også at omfatte vågne nattevagter. Oplæring vil finde sted på Respirationscenteret på OUH. Da ferieplanen for sommeren ligger klar vælger jeg at køre med et fast daghold og med et fast nathold indtil september, hvorefter der vil være mulighed for at lave en mere fleksibel plan. Jeg lægger vægt på, at du: - har et godt humør, et positivt livssyn og en god situationsfornemmelse - er moden og ansvarsbevidst - har en høj grad af fleksibilitet bl.a ved kollegaers ferie, sygdom og fraværsperioder - har forståelse for at arbejde i en familie uden at være en del af denne - er røgfri - har kørekort og har mod på at køre en minibus (alm. Kørekort) Jobbet kræver ingen bestemt baggrund, men jeg forventer at du har sat dig ind i diagnosen Als. Arbejdstiden for nattevagter vil ligge fra 22.30 til 7.30 (også weekend), så medmindre man ønsker at arbejde hver anden weekend, vil timetallet ligge omkring 20 timer. Men byd ind med dit ønske.
