At FLSmidth’s Customer Service Division, you join our Plant Service Maintenance department where you and your 25 motivated colleagues are our customers’ daily business partners by ensuring the best possible service deliverables i.e. sending our specialists out on site. Detailed Description Ensure happy customers Collaborating with 3 colleagues at our headquarters in Copenhagen, your overall task will be to coordinate the proposal work and order execution of our customers’ service cases. Doing so, you will be in daily contact with the customers, our service engineers as well as liaise with area sales managers and our local service units. Specifically, you will: · Translate customer requirements into proposals · Handle service cases within the organization i.e.travel agencies, embassies, external specialists, Danish Industry, etc. · Build good relations to customers and colleagues alike through providing excellent service Look forward to being part of a truly multicultural environment where you interact with customers Job Requirements Commercial mind-set and a structured work approach · You have a general education within office administration, where you have specialised in administration/finance or similar. · You are used to having customer contact in a similar job function. · You possess excellent MS Office competencies – especially Microsoft Excel. · You speak and write English to perfection. It’s only a plus if you speak and write French and/or Spanish, or maybe even Russian or Arabic. On a personal level, you are used to foreseeing and solving potential problems. You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time. Colleagues know you as a person with a positive attitude, who is able to deliver on time while also finding the time to spar with your colleagues in a collaborative environment. Moreover, you have a cross-cultural understanding and can build relations with stakeholders of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
