Vi søger en kompetent souschef til vores butikker i Ballerup. Kan du lede, motivere, inspirere og gå forrest? Vil du være med til at skabe resultater? Du får: * medansvar for butikkens drift * medansvar for butikkens resultater * ansvar for planlægning af arbejdstid * ansvar for varedisponering * gode efteruddannelsesmuligheder Som souschef hos os er du butikschefens højre hånd og stedfortræder. Du er den, der tager over, når butikschefen ikke er til stede, så du skal på én gang være både fleksibel, systematisk og have en god situationsfornemmelse. Du kommer til at tage aktiv del i det daglige arbejde i butikken og får også medansvar for butikkens drift og resultater. Har du erfaring inden for detailhandel er det naturligvis en fordel. Vigtigst er dog, at du er en motiverende og handlekraftig leder, der både har sans for detaljen og er god til at bevare overblikket. Sammen med medarbejderne er det en af dine fornemste opgaver at sikre, at butikken altid fremstår præsentabel, så den og vores service altid lever op til kundernes forventninger. Som person har du det bedst, når du kan tage initiativ og kan udvikle dig fagligt og personligt - måske har du endda ambitioner om selv at blive butikschef i fremtiden.
