- Production - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with responsibility for our Quality Control Processes on a global scale. We cover 5 sites in US, France, China, Brazil and Denmark with 24/7 production. So if you are ready for an international career and want to make a real difference then this is the job for you! About the department You will join 21 skilled and professional employees working with Optimization, Lean, Training and Standardisation. The unit strives to enable the Diabetes Finished Product (DFP) to deliver business results in a lean way. This is done by creating transparency of good practices, and supporting the area in implementing sustainable solutions on both DFP strategic projects and local business challenges. The job As Senior Project Manager, you will be Globally Responsible for the Quality Control Process Groups, covering our 5 production sites in USA, BRA, FR, DK & CHN. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to address quality, compliance and performance improvements in a global environment for the Quality Control area. This position has many stakeholders and deliverables, and staying focused on the DFP business plan, while constantly aligning with your customers at our production sites and laboratories, will be essential to your success. Although you will not have any direct reports, you will be leading virtual teams consisting of Subject Matter Experts from all DFP Laboratories on our different sites. This means that you need to be able to coordinate and organise your “team” in order to make things happen. Your job, together with your peers, is thus to strengthen our systems and behaviours for sharing and effectively implementing good practices and improving compliance across DFP sites. Qualifications Your project and portfolio management skills are proven and you have worked in a global environment where you have driven projects from early ideas to realised benefits. Additionally, leading a multi-discipline team and cross-organisationally projects requires a person with strong change management skills. Along with change management, the ability to impact through networking and virtual collaboration is essential. You have a proven track record of successfully driving optimisation initiatives and you have hands-on experience with Lean or Six Sigma, preferably from your time in laboratories. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) understanding and in-depth knowledge of relevant quality control processes is considered a prerequisite.
