About the department You will join the Talent & Succession Management team that is responsible for ensuring effective talent management and succession planning in Novo Nordisk. The team acts as center of excellence and drives global processes and projects to support line of business. This includes developing global guidelines, running talent programmes and ensuring an effective IT infrastructure. The job We offer an exciting and challenging position as student assistant that provides a unique view into how Novo Nordisk develops their talents and ensures a strong pipeline of successors for key positions in the company. You will be deeply involved in many of the tasks handled by the team and you will interact with various stakeholders in the organisation. The tasks will vary from driving projects to supporting colleagues with different types of analysis and reporting. Qualifications You are at the end of your bachelor degree or in the beginning of your master degree. You have achieved excellent results during your studies. International experience, e.g. from studying or working abroad, and relevant work experience is preferred but not a requirement. You don’t need to be studying human resources, but we expect that you are passionate about personal and professional development. We look for candidates that are quick to learn, analytical and pro-active. You should be able to handle both quantitative and qualitative tasks and have attention to detail.
