Then you might be our new programme coordinator. In the global serialisation programme we are currently looking for a programme coordinator who can cover a broad range of activities such as coordination of project management activities, prepare material for different governance bodies, support the programme manager in different tasks and issues handling. So if you are motivated by having many simultaneous tasks and by having close stakeholder relations, then you might be the programme coordinator we are looking for. You will be a part of Product Supply which is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of all products from Novo Nordisk and comprising more than 11.400 employees. About the department The global serialisation programme will ensure our license to operate by securing our products fulfil the serialisation requirement from different countries. Working in this programme will provide you with a unique insight into all of our processes across Operations (from sales affiliate to production). You will be part of Product Supply IT – who is responsible for initiating, planning and executing large strategic IT and automation transformation programmes in the production areas with global scope across different business units. The team you will be placed in is responsible for the Global Serialisation programme and we are working with project management, solution and implementation. The job In the job as Programme Coordinator you will drive the development of Global Serialisation Programme Steering Committee material and recommendations and be involved in the project decision process. You will support the Programme CVP and the Project Director in all areas relevant to the programme. Further, in this role you will drive the project management meetings, follow-up on actions, create and maintain the overall project plan, drive the KPI process for the project as well as risk reporting. You will also be part of creating structures for efficient programme governance/management. You will have a direct reporting line to the Track Lead for the Programme Management Office (PMO). Your work place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications You have an academic background with a master degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent. It would be preferable if you have experience as a Programme Coordinator in complex projects and/or have taken project management courses but you could also have graduated recently. You bring with you experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a general knowledge about production and/or IT. As a person you are reliable, structured and activity oriented, and you are able to stay focused and to keep an overview in a complex and fast changing environment. You possess excellent communication skills and you are team oriented and excellent in creating and maintain relations as you will engage all types of stakeholders in your job. It goes without saying that handling and coordinating many tasks and at the same time never compromising deadlines or the quality of your work is a natural ability for you. Last but not least, you are service minded, proactive and flexible in regards to tasks and time. You are fluent in written and spoken English as our corporate language is English and since the project is characterised by an international culture.
