Product Supply is the part of Novo Nordisk that is responsible for production and delivery of all marketed products. This area of the company consists of around 13.000 employees organised in a global production network with facilities in the USA, Brazil, France, Russia, China, Japan and Denmark. About the department Two teams are looking for a student assistant. The teams each have a size of app. 10 and 20 employees respectively and are part of PS People & Organisation, the central HR unit of Product Supply. The teams work with various projects within training & learning management and delivering training and assessment programmes within e.g. LEAN and leadership development. The job In this job we expect you to work 15-20 hours per week. You will support the project managers in the team with tasks such as making presentations, planning and summarizing workshops, and more administrative work, e.g. comprising printing, copying and packing course materials. In addition, you may be facilitating on workshops and programmes, developing course material, developing and maintaining systems for competence management. Qualifications You are ideally about to finalize your bachelor’s degree and have an interest in learning and competence development and the above described tasks. We expect you to work independently with tasks while being good at knowing when to actively seek support from colleagues. You make a difference, and by your dedicated and determined approach you complete your tasks in close collaboration with your colleagues. You work in a structured and systematic way and are used to deliver according to agreed targets. You are fluent in both spoken and written English on a professional level.
