Then join a central IT organisation and work with a range of different IT support tasks in a great and competent team. Join a top-range IT Service Desk team You will join our global IT Service Desk, focusing on two main areas: technical support and business application support. With 9 full-time associates, 1 intern and 3 student assistants, the team supports our global systems and provides technical support on PCs, printers and core technical platforms like Skype for Business. We handle support for our subsidiaries on global systems and all our IT end users in Denmark. Provide world-class support In particular, you provide technical support to colleagues, who contact us via phone, email or in person at our front office. You will be working with everything from stationary PCs and laptops to printers, networks and end user software. Using your experience with e.g. Microsoft infrastructure applications, such as Active Directory and PowerShell, you help colleagues get on with their daily work, as you: •Receive and handle incidents and service requests, including on-site support, service-minded communication and daily follow-up •Answer the dispatcher phone and register requests •Solve technical tasks within: E-mail, PC, software/license, Office, Skype for Business, mobile devices, network, printers, security and user administration (AD) •Contribute to continuous improvement of our global IT guides for users (self-service) as well as IT supporters in other countries •Contribute to global IT projects, such as infrastructure and roll-out of new client platforms Contribute to development and collaboration across borders While the IT Service Desk plays an instrumental role in supporting operations, the size of our current team creates several opportunities for development.
